| Variations
As all our tiles are hand decorated, variations
in colour and detail are to be expected.
This is inevitable, and enhances the individuality
of each tile. A single sample should not
be taken as an accurate indication of subsequent
batches.
Samples
Samples are charged at full price plus p&p,
which is refunded if returned safely. This
does not apply if an experimental sample
is requested.
Sample boards may be available on request,
please call with your requirements.
Design sketches
Layout sketches for commissions are to give
an indication of scale and colour layout
only. The colours are not to be taken as
indicative of ceramic colours. Each sketch
will be charged at a minimum cost of £50,
depending on the complexity or amount of
research required, which will be become
part of the total cost if the order goes
through to completion.
Payment
All orders to individuals are payable upfront.
Trade orders may qualify for credit once
accounts have been opened, references will
be required. |
